graphwiz.ai is a knowledge hub at the intersection of artificial intelligence and graphs. This page documents where and how artificial intelligence is used on this site, in its tools, and in the work that produces its content. We aim to be transparent about our use of AI with visitors, readers, and partners.
AI assists; people decide. AI tools are used to support research, writing, implementation, and analysis. Every output is reviewed for accuracy before being published.
Human responsibility. All AI-assisted work is supervised and owned by Tobias Weiss as the author and operator. Nothing is published without human review and approval.
Measured, incremental adoption. AI is applied where it measurably improves quality and correctness — for code, research, and infrastructure — and is evaluated before integration.
Transparency. Where AI is used, it is disclosed, and this page keeps the documentation up to date.
Content and research. Large Language Models (LLMs) assist with research, structuring, and drafting articles about AI, knowledge graphs, graph theory, and related topics. All content is reviewed, verified, and edited by humans before publication.
Software engineering. Coding agents assist with building and maintaining this site and the AI/graph infrastructure it documents. Produced code is tested and reviewed.
Automated knowledge pipelines. The site runs automated systems that query graph databases and RSS feeds to identify and structure topics. Automation outputs are reviewed before use.
Much of the AI behind graphwiz.ai is run on self-hosted hardware — GPU servers in our own infrastructure. This includes both open-weight and other model families. Running AI on our own infrastructure provides a high degree of data control and privacy. Where third-party cloud AI services are used, this is done in a privacy-compliant manner and disclosed here.
Personal data is not used to train AI models.
Content that violates applicable law is not published or distributed.
Automated systems are used only where their output is understandable and reviewable by humans.
